BILL EASTER, CEO
With a lifelong passion for materials and science, Bill founded X-MAT® to explore the untapped potential of high performance materials technology.
As an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer, Bill has a geology degree from the University of Texas, a degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel, and a Master’s degree in Engineering Sciences from Penn State. Before founding X-MAT® and Semplastics, he worked at AT&T and Bell Labs in microelectronics.
ARNOLD HILL, CTO
Arnold is one of the leading inventors in the field of polymer-derived ceramic (PDC) processing. He has 5 patents issued in this field with multiple patents pending. His work in thick bulk ceramics derived from PDCs is revolutionary.
