The Department of Energy’s Critical Materials Assessment underscores the urgency of finding alternative sources to meet the escalating demand for graphite. With a projected shortfall of 79% in the near term and up to 822% by 2035, the need for sustainable and domestically sourced materials has never been more critical. C-BATT Innovations’ coal-based anode technology offers a viable solution, capable of generating more than enough material to meet the global annual natural flake graphite demand by 2030.
